A hydraulic power unit that sets its flow with a throttle turns the unused power into heat and loads the oil cooler. The SYDFEE-2X/018R-PSC12N00-0000-C0B0VX1 pump control system works with a variable pump of size 18 cm³ instead, supplying up to 59 l/min at an operating pressure of 280 bar while the swivel angle is corrected electronically.

Applications

Typical installations are power units on presses, injection moulding machines and test rigs where pressure and flow swing widely over the cycle. Because the pump delivers only what the actuator draws, power loss stays low at part load. The FKM seals match hydraulic fluid HLP. The unit is built without a through-drive, so it suits single pump operation on one motor.
