The 4WEH16HD7X/6EG24N9EDL/B10 draws its pilot oil internally from the pressure gallery and returns it through a dedicated line to tank. The pilot stage therefore stays independent of back pressure in the common return. The valve passes up to 300 l/min at a maximum operating pressure of 280 bar.

Application

This combination of pilot routing is chosen when the P gallery carries enough pressure but the return line is under back pressure from filters or coolers. It drives pressing and lifting cylinders at flows up to 300 l/min. External pilot return keeps switching times stable even at high tank pressure.
