When an older valve is replaced, the signal level usually stays as it is. The 4WRZE32W6-520-7X/6EG24TK31/A1D3M therefore works with a plus or minus 10 V command, controls 520 l/min nominal flow at up to 350 bar and draws pilot oil from outside while returning it internally.

Applications

The valve replaces aged proportional valves in presses, lifting gear and test rigs whose control system still works with analogue voltage. Because the pilot oil return runs internally, piping is shorter than with the fully external version. Mineral oil of class HL with NBR seals is intended.
