This valve works with a voltage interface: ±10 V sets direction and opening, and the electronics on the valve convert the signal into 50 l/min nominal flow. The pilot circuit is fed and returned externally, and no pressure reducing valve for the pilot oil is fitted.

Applications

The valve suits systems that already run a separate pilot circuit, such as presses, machine tools and test rigs with their own pilot pump. Because the pilot oil comes from outside, the pilot stage stays supplied even when the working pressure drops. The concealed auxiliary actuation lets the spool be moved during commissioning.
