Some manifolds have a pilot pressure line but no room for an extra pilot return. This version therefore takes pilot oil externally and returns it internally to tank, at 220 l/min nominal flow and 350 bar operating pressure.

Applications

This routing makes sense wherever a shared pilot pressure supply feeds several valves and the tank return inside the manifold is generously sized anyway. Examples are press manifolds, test bench power units and hydraulic stations in plant engineering. Operation is released for HL hydraulic fluid with NBR seals.
