When a large pump feeds pressure-sensitive components, the relief stage has to be set low and still swallow the full flow. This pilot-operated pressure relief valve caps pressure from 4 to 80 bar and accepts up to 700 l/min.

Application

Suited to prefill circuits, cooling and flushing lines and accumulator charging circuits with a low pressure limit. The low setting protects components sharing the same power unit. During pauses the solenoid drops the circuit to zero pressure, with approval for HL hydraulic fluid and NBR seals.
