If flow is limited by throttling, the difference ends up as heat in the tank. The SYDFE1-2X/028R-PRA12KC1 pump control system adjusts the swivel angle of the 28 cm³ pump instead and delivers only the flow the axis currently needs, up to 84 l/min at a maximum of 280 bar.

Applications

The system serves power units of presses, injection moulding machines and test benches whose power demand varies strongly over the cycle. Because only the required flow is generated, waste heat drops and the cooler can be smaller. The hydraulic fluid is HLP and the preload valve works at 250 bar.
