Fine control edges react sensitively to contamination, so in many plants the pilot stage gets its own separately filtered circuit. This version of the 4WRZE25 is built for that and works with external pilot supply and external return at 325 l/min nominal flow.

Applications

The variant is used in rolling mills, forging plants and large test benches where the working circuit carries a high dirt load. The dedicated pilot circuit also allows finer filtration than would be economical in the main circuit. The valve weighs 20.26 kg.
