When the machine feeds pilot oil from a separate circuit, both pilot paths have to leave the valve. The 4WRZE25W8-220-7X/6EG24K31/F1D3M routes X and Y externally and keeps the pilot pressure steady through a built-in pressure reducing valve, while the main stage moves 220 l/min nominal flow at up to 350 bar.

Applications

A fit wherever pilot pressure comes from its own pump or an accumulator and has to stay independent of working pressure. Power units serving several consumers, where system pressure swings across the cycle, are the usual case. The manifold needs X and Y channels for this. The current interface keeps the command line insensitive to interference inside the cable duct.
