A return line cooler or filter builds up back pressure in the tank leg that the pilot stage should not have to see. The 4WRZE10W6-50-7X/6EG24N9EK31/F1V therefore drains through a dedicated external line, takes its command as 4...20 mA and meters 50 l/min nominal flow at up to 315 bar.

Applications

The valve works in power units fitted with offline filtration and oil cooling, as found in round the clock installations. A separate pilot drain keeps the null point of the pilot stage steady even when return pressure drifts over the day. At 50 l/min a small cylinder area is enough for even feed motion.
