The Z4WEH10E63-4X/6EG24N9ETK4/B10V directional spool valve is inserted into an existing stack as a sandwich plate and adds a shut-off function to spool symbol E63. Size 10 with an ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 interface handles up to 160 l/min at a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar. Pilot oil is supplied and returned internally, and a concealed auxiliary actuation is fitted.

Applications

As a sandwich plate the valve sits between the subplate and the valve above it and shuts off a branch there without rebuilding the manifold. This makes it possible to retrofit holding and safety functions in presses, lifting gear and machine tools. The concealed auxiliary actuation allows manual switching during commissioning. The FKM seals are designed for HL hydraulic fluid.
