In the continuous operation of a forming line a directional valve switches many thousand times per shift. This size 25 version is built heavier than the basic variant at 17.94 kg and carries up to 700 l/min at a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. Spool symbol E is available in three switching positions.

Applications

Size 25 is chosen where the flow of size 16 is no longer sufficient, for example on press cylinders and large lifting units. The subplate mounting to ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 makes the valve compatible with the usual subplates of this size. Pilot operation requires an external pilot oil source.
