Where the existing subplate has no X and Y channels, the valve has to draw its pilot oil from the main circuit. That is how this version of the 4WRZE32 works, with internal pilot oil supply and internal pilot oil return, controlling 360 l/min nominal flow at an operating pressure of up to 350 bar.

Applications

The valve drives cylinders and hydraulic motors in presses, lifting gear and test rigs where a flow of several hundred litres per minute has to be controlled.

Internal pilot supply shortens the piping and suits circuits whose operating pressure stays above the pilot pressure at all times. NBR seals match mineral oil of class HL. For machines shipped to Great Britain, the UKCA declaration on electromagnetic compatibility is available.
