To move a size 16 cylinder axis steplessly and repeatably, this pilot-operated proportional directional valve sets direction and flow rate in one step. It passes 125 l/min nominal flow at 350 bar operating pressure, and the on-board electronics close the loop on spool position through the internal transducer. Pilot oil is supplied and returned internally, so no external X and Y lines are required.

A cylinder axis has to start from standstill, follow a ramp and stop on position. The 4WRGE16V125L-1X/315G24ETK31/A1M does that at 125 l/min nominal flow and 350 bar, because the on-board electronics track spool position with an internal transducer and correct any deviation from the command value immediately.

Applications
