Large lifting cylinders need a lot of oil in a short time, and every restriction on the way costs force. The pilot-operated 4WEH16HD7X directional spool valve in size 16 passes up to 300 l/min and reverses the direction of travel at operating pressures up to 280 bar.

Application

The valve controls cylinders and hydraulic motors in presses, forging lines and heavy lifting gear where 300 l/min has to be moved. Two switching positions to symbol D suit sequences that alternate between two states without needing a third position. Mounted on a subplate to ISO 4401-07-07-0-05, the valve sits directly on the manifold block and long pipe runs are avoided.
