The 96 VDC voltage variant covers control circuits fed from a rectified alternating supply. The solenoid is wound exactly for that, no series resistor is foreseen. The directly operated valve carries spool symbol E67 in three switching positions and is released to 350 bar on a subplate to ISO 4401-03-02-0-05.

Application

Solenoids like this are called for when a 230 V alternating supply feeds through a rectifier plug and around 96 V arrives at the coil. The design keeps the advantages of a direct current solenoid, no hum and no burn-out on a jammed spool. Size 6 is intended for pilot circuits and small cylinders.
