When system pressure drops in cycle, the main valve still has to switch cleanly. The 4WEH32E6X/6EG24N9S2K4/10 therefore receives its pilot oil from an external circuit and returns it there as well, at up to 1100 l/min and 280 bar.

Applications

It pays off wherever operating pressure varies strongly, for instance on presses with accumulator operation or hoists with changing loads. The external circuit then supplies a steady pilot pressure. Pilot feed and pilot return are routed to dedicated ports on the subplate.
