A variable pump at fixed drive speed becomes a controlled source only once swivel angle as well as pressure are set electrically. This series 2X pump control system pairs an axial piston pump of 28 cm³ with on-board electronics, supplies up to 84 l/min, controls to 280 bar nominal pressure.

Application

The system runs in injection moulding machines, presses, test benches whose flow as well as pressure should follow the process. Against a fixed pump with throttling, the loss at part load disappears. Mounting uses the ISO 2-hole flange, a through drive is not provided.
