At 520 l/min nominal flow the pilot stage decides how cleanly an axis follows its ramp. The 4WRZE32W8-520-7X is pilot-operated, carries a pressure reducing valve in the pilot stage and accepts the command value as an analog ±10 V signal at its on-board electronics. No separate amplifier card in the control cabinet is required.

Applications

The valve controls cylinders and hydraulic motors that run under position or velocity control at high flow. Typical machines are presses, rolling mills, test rigs and large injection moulding machines. The manifold must take the pilot oil return externally, while pilot supply is taken internally. At 43.91 kg the valve belongs on a properly supported subplate.
