On axes whose working pressure jumps between rapid traverse and press force, the pilot stage should not notice any of it. The 4WRZ25W6-325-7X/6EG24K4/D3M therefore takes pilot oil from an external circuit and returns it there, with 325 l/min nominal flow in the main channel.

Applications

Plants with a central pilot pressure circuit, such as large presses and forging lines, are the usual environment. The external supply makes it possible to feed several pilot-operated valves from one source and to protect the pilot pressure separately. When replacing an existing valve, check the pilot oil variant, otherwise the subplate will not match.
