Anyone who has to cap the system pressure of a large hydraulic circuit sets the DBW20A2-5X/350S6EG24N9K4R12V=CSA anywhere between 4 and 350 bar. The pilot-operated seat valve in size 25 accepts up to 500 l/min and mounts to the subplate to pattern ISO 6264-08-13. Adjustment runs through the internal hexagon under the protective cap, while a 24 VDC solenoid unloads the circuit electrically. The valve carries spool symbol A, is sealed with FKM and weighs 5.9 kg.

Applications

The valve limits pressure in circuits carrying a high flow, for example on presses, injection moulding machines and power units. Keep the setting below the ceiling of 350 bar so that pressure peaks during reversal still have headroom. FKM seals call for a fluid they tolerate, and the release covers HL. Switching the solenoid unloads the circuit, which lowers drive power on start-up.
