An extra pilot line means two more fittings and one more place to leak. The directional spool valve 4WEH16HD7X/OF6EG24N9ETSK4/B10 takes pilot oil internally from the pressure line and returns it internally to tank, so a manifold rated for 300 l/min needs no separate pilot lines at all.

Applications

It suits power units whose main line pressure stays above the minimum pilot pressure, for example machine tools and clamping systems running a standing system pressure. Because pilot supply and return stay inside the valve, piping work on the manifold remains small. For circuits where P is frequently unpressurised, the version with external pilot oil supply is the better choice.
