When neither port P nor the tank line offers reliable conditions for the pilot oil, both paths are taken outside. This pilot-operated directional spool valve routes pilot supply and pilot return externally and switches 700 l/min at up to 350 bar.

Technical data

Application

The external pilot oil return keeps the pilot circuit clear of back pressure in the tank line, for example behind return filters or coolers. In large presses and lifting gear the switching behaviour therefore stays stable even at high return pressure. Wiring runs through a 3-pole connector (2 + PE) to EN 175301-803.
