Long cable runs between the control cabinet and the valve distort a voltage signal. This version of the 4WRZE32 therefore works with a 4...20 mA current command and carries its electronics on the valve body. Size 32 with connection diagram ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 passes 520 l/min nominal flow and up to 1600 l/min.

Pilot-operated valves of this size run in presses, rolling mills, injection moulding machines and test rigs where cylinders travel under closed-loop control at high flow rates.

A 4...20 mA current command suits plants in which the line from the cabinet to the valve is several metres long or where drive interference is expected. External pilot oil supply allows operation in circuits whose pressure falls below the required pilot pressure or fluctuates strongly.
