Once the limiting pressure has to follow the process, a fixed relief setting is no longer enough. The pilot-operated DBGT-1X/50VE1-673 tracks the command signal within the 50 bar rating and passes up to 600 l/min while doing so, with nobody adjusting the power unit.

Application

The valve belongs in preload and counterholding circuits of presses, test rigs and forming lines where the limiting pressure changes with the recipe. Subplate mounting with two ports and two switching positions fits existing manifolds. Control stays inside the 50 bar rating, the 315 bar figure is the permissible operating pressure.
