Filling Valve SF125B1-1-4X - Bosch Rexroth R900513762

During the rapid stroke of a large press the cylinder chamber has to fill within seconds, otherwise the piston pulls a vacuum and the system cavitates. The SF125B1 prefill valve in size 125 opens a path for up to 3800 l/min between tank and cylinder and holds up to 350 bar once closed.

Applications

The valve is built for large-volume cylinders as found in deep-drawing presses, forging presses and injection moulding machines. It sits on the tank above the cylinder and works in the change between rapid stroke and pressing stroke. At 61 kg it belongs on a load-bearing bracket, never on a pipe run.
