Straight female stud coupling, G 1-1/2", tube 38 S, stainless steel 1.4571, no nut or ring

Once installed, the female stud coupling connects a precision tube through a cutting ring to a parallel G female thread. It is produced from stainless steel 1.4571. The data give female thread G 1-1/2" and tube connection 38 S (M52x2). In addition the data give heavy series and scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

When rebuilding a line of the heavy series the male thread on the device stays as it is and only the coupling is changed.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
