Blanking plate for 5/2-way and 5/3-way manifold bases, RV30 valve range, 28 mm pitch - E.MC

A manifold base does not have to be fully populated. This blanking plate from the E.MC V/RV Series Manifold seals an unused station at the 28 mm pitch and keeps the supply and exhaust channels closed for the remaining RV30 valves.

Advantages

• Matches the 28 mm pitch of the RV30 size exactly.
• Scope of delivery according to E.MC: plate, seal and fixing screws, nothing else required.
• Aluminium with NBR seal, like the body of the manifold base.
• 5/2 and 5/3 valves share the same interface, so one blanking plate covers both.

Applications

• Spare stations on an oversized base that will receive valves later
• Temporarily removed valve, so the other stations keep running
• Machine variants with fewer functions on the same valve group

Accessories and spare parts

Fits RV30 5/2-way and 5/3-way manifold bases with a 28 mm pitch, regardless of the number of stations on the base.
