Manifold base for 3/2-way valves, 10 stations, G 1/8, for RV10 valves - E.MC

Where many actuators are switched from one place, this base replaces 10 individually plumbed valves. The manifold from the E.MC V/RV Series Manifold holds 10 RV10 3/2-way valves at a 19 mm pitch and supplies them centrally through G 1/8.

Advantages

• Collective exhaust through 2x G 1/8: fit 2 silencers or pipe the exhaust away from all valves at once.
• 19 mm pitch to the E.MC datasheet: valves sit side by side and the valve bank stays narrow.
• Aluminium body with NBR seals, screws and seals for mounting the valves are included.
• Common G 1/8 supply channel: one channel serves all 10 stations, no separate feed line or tee per valve.

• Central valve group in the machine frame or control cabinet, with tubing running out to the actuators
• Single-acting cylinders and grippers pressurised and exhausted by 3/2-way valves
• Blow-off air and nozzles at several points of a fixture
• Pilot signals for larger pneumatically operated valves

Accessories and spare parts

Unused stations are closed with a matching blanking plate, supplied with seal and fixing screws for the 19 mm pitch. That way the base can be sized generously and filled later. Replacement seals with screws are available as a set for valve changes.
