Two-Hand Safety Block G 1/4", 5/2-Way - Airtec SZ 14 510

The Airtec SZ 14 510 is a pneumatic two-hand safety block with G 1/4" ports and 5/2-way function (spring return). The valve only switches when both input signals 12/1 and 12/2 arrive within 0.5 seconds. This lets it drive cylinders up to 160 mm bore directly, without an additional control valve.

Applications

For machines and fixtures that must be started with both hands for safety reasons, such as presses, punching machines and joining fixtures. The enforced two-hand operation keeps both hands outside the tool area during the hazardous working stroke.
