5/2-way solenoid valve, double solenoid, M5, 190 l/min, 230 V AC - YPC SF1200

For tight spaces and actuators plumbed in M5, the YPC SF1200 offers a 15 mm wide body and 190 l/min at 5 bar. It holds a cylinder in its end position without the controller having to keep an output energised. Two solenoids switch alternately. A short pulse is enough, and the spool stays in the last switched position even if the voltage drops.

Applications

• Sequenced cycles in which the controller issues short switching pulses only
• Clamping and holding functions that must keep their position on power failure
• Cylinders with long dwell times in the end position, where a permanently energised coil only adds heat

Accessories and spare parts

A replacement 230 V AC solenoid coil is available separately and can be swapped without touching the pneumatic section. For valve banks, YPC offers SF1000 series manifolds with common supply and exhaust.

According to YPC, the SF1000 series meets CE and RoHS requirements.
