S1V series valve terminal, 10 x 5/2-way single solenoid, M5 side ports, 25-pin D-sub multipole - E.MC

The terminal combines 10 single-solenoid 5/2-way valves on an aluminium base and is driven through a 25-pin D-sub connector. Supply and exhaust run centrally through the base, and the M5 working ports are on the side of the base. Each station delivers roughly 230 l/min.

Advantages

• Easy to reconfigure: every position takes a single or double solenoid valve, including 5/3 and 2x 3/2 functions

• Swap valves without touching the tubing: M5 ports sit in the base, the valve comes off from above
• 11.5 mm pitch: 10 valve positions in a small footprint, DIN rail or screw mounting

Applications

• Pneumatic grippers, rotary actuators and stoppers in assembly and test fixtures
• Mounting on a DIN rail close to the control cabinet, linked to the PLC through a ready-made 25-pin cable
• Installations with limited height where the tubing should leave sideways
• Driving small double-acting cylinders and compact slides whose air demand is well covered by about 230 l/min per station

Accessories and spare parts

Blanking plates for unused positions, individual valves in other functions, M5 push-in fittings, silencers and mounting screws are available separately. For multipole control, 25-pin cables come in 1, 2 and 3 m lengths.
