Pressure separator for S1V series valve terminals, separate inlet pressures 1.5 to 8 bar - E.MC

The pressure separator splits the common supply of an S1V series valve terminal into separate sections. Grippers at 3 bar and lifting cylinders at 6 bar can then share one manifold, within the permitted range of 1.5 to 8 bar.

Advantages

• Two pressure levels, one manifold: no second terminal for a second pressure level
• Full pressure range: each section can use the valves' permitted 1.5 to 8 bar
• Small insert: 1.5 g, made for S1V series base plates

Applications

• Delicate grippers or suction cups at reduced pressure next to high-force working cylinders
• Retrofitting an existing terminal when one actuator needs its own pressure level

External pilot supply is not possible with pressure separation, so the valves run on internal pilot air.
