Compact cylinder double-acting, Ø 40 mm, stroke 60 mm, male thread - Airtec NXD 40/60-AG

The double-acting Airtec NXD 40/60-AG compact cylinder operates with a 40 mm bore and a 60 mm stroke. The cylinder tube and end caps are made of anodized aluminium, the piston rod of stainless steel 1.4305. A built-in magnetic piston enables contactless end-position sensing with cylinder switches of types D and A. On this version the piston rod carries a male thread M 10x1,25 for direct mounting of attachments.

Applications

The NXD compact cylinder is used in handling and assembly technology, in jig and tool making and in automation systems where short strokes have to be realized in a small footprint. The NXD 40 REP repair kit allows the cylinder to be serviced.
