5/2-way hand lever valve with spring return, G 1/4, aluminum body, 800 l/min - E.MC

When a double-acting cylinder has to be switched without any electrics, one move of the lever does it. The G 1/4 valve flows 800 l/min through a 4.5 mm orifice. The valve stays switched only while the operator holds it. On release, the spring restores the normal position.

Advantages

• Spring return: without actuation the valve always goes back to the same normal position
• Aluminum body and spool, NBR seals, working pressure 0 to 8 bar
• No lubrication required, runs on lubricated or dry air, temperature range -20 to 70 °C
• 3 supply and working ports G 1/4 plus 2 separate exhaust ports G 1/8, so each cylinder side can be speed-controlled individually

Applications

• Setup mode: the cylinder extends only while actuated and retracts on release
• Hand-operated presses and fixtures with a clearly defined rest position
• Double-acting cylinders that should always return to the same end position
