Compact slide, double-acting, 20 mm bore, 40 mm stroke, adjustable fixed stop at retract end - E.MC

Table, guide and drive share one flat aluminium body. The 20 mm piston moves the table 40 mm and carries loads up to 40 N on the way. The fixed stop at the retract end lets you set the stroke anywhere from 30 to 40 mm.

Applications

• Lift or cross axis in pick-and-place units with a gripper or vacuum cup on the table

• Machines where the end position has to be matched to the workpiece during setup

E.MC recommends meter-out speed control with a flow control valve, keeping speed below 500 mm/s. When mounting several slides side by side, leave at least 3 mm between them so the cylinder switches do not interfere with each other.

Accessories and spare parts

A matching repair kit is available for the 20 mm bore. Further stroke limiters with fixed stop or shock absorber can be added as retrofit kits. E.MC also offers matching cylinder switches for end position sensing via the magnetic piston.
