Replacement diaphragm, FKM (Viton), for pilot-operated 2/2-way solenoid valves G 1 - E.MC

In a pilot-operated solenoid valve the diaphragm does the actual switching. It opens or closes the 25 mm orifice and is therefore the most heavily loaded part in service. This FKM (Viton) replacement fits the G 1 brass valves of the E.MC ELP series.

Advantages

• FKM (Viton) material: FKM lets you convert a valve from NBR to a Viton seal.
• Changed in the line: body and piping stay in place, only the diaphragm assembly is replaced.
• Material change possible: NBR, FKM and EPDM fit the same body.
• Exact fit: for the G 1 valves with 25 mm orifice, normally closed and normally open.

Applications

• Repairing a valve that no longer shuts tight or switches with a delay.
• Preventive replacement during maintenance before the diaphragm fails.
• Converting an NBR valve to Viton, for example for oil up to 20 cSt.

• Fits the pilot-operated brass solenoid valves G 1 of the E.MC ELP series in all control voltages.
• The same size is also available in the other two seal materials, and the coil is sold separately as a spare part.
