Replacement diaphragm, NBR, for pilot-operated 2/2-way solenoid valves G 1 - E.MC

The diaphragm is the wearing part of a diaphragm pilot-operated 2/2-way valve. This NBR version belongs to the E.MC brass valves G 1 with a 25 mm orifice and is changed without removing the body.

Advantages

• Exact fit: for the G 1 valves with 25 mm orifice, normally closed and normally open.
• NBR material: NBR is the standard material for compressed air, water and oil.
• Changed in the line: body and piping stay in place, only the diaphragm assembly is replaced.
• Material change possible: NBR, FKM and EPDM fit the same body.

Applications

• Repairing a valve that no longer shuts tight or switches with a delay.
• Preventive replacement during maintenance before the diaphragm fails.
• Returning to the standard NBR seal for compressed air and water.

• Fits the pilot-operated brass solenoid valves G 1 of the E.MC ELP series in all control voltages.
• The same size is also available in the other two seal materials, and the coil is sold separately as a spare part.
