5/2-way air operated valve, double pilot, bistable, G 3/8, pilot ports 2x G 1/8, 2000 l/min - YPC SFP5200

With G 3/8 ports and 2000 l/min the YPC SFP5200 is built for large cylinders that are switched purely pneumatically between two end positions. One G 1/8 pilot port per direction and no return spring, so the position is held after the pulse.

Advantages

• Impulse operation: the switched position is held even after pilot pressure is released.
• Effective area 36.0 mm² according to YPC, same body style as the SF series solenoid valves.
• Purely pneumatic actuation with 2 to 8 bar pilot pressure, no electrical energy is needed at the valve.
• Oil-free operation: no lubrication required, if lubricated use ISO VG32 oil.

Applications

• Pneumatic sequence controls in which limit valves switch the valve back and forth.
• Large cylinders, lifting units and ejectors with a high air demand via G 3/8.
• Flaps and gates that must hold their position after the switching pulse.
• Valve banks on the MF5500 manifold, also mixed with solenoid valves of the same body style.
