5/2-way plunger valve, 35 N operating force, G 1/4, 980 l/min, 0 to 8 bar - YPC RLV410

With its plunger, this 5/2-way plunger valve picks up a stop or cam position directly, with no lever in between. An operating force of 35 N changes it over, and the G 1/4 ports carry 980 l/min.

Advantages

• Runs without a lubricator on filtered compressed air, lubricated or not, and on inert gases from 0 to 8 bar.
• Two G 1/4 working ports and two separate G 1/8 exhaust ports, so the valve drives a double-acting cylinder in both directions.
• Weighs just 155 g, built from die-cast aluminium body and cover, aluminium spool, NBR seals, carbon steel plunger.
• Effective area of 19.0 mm² for 980 l/min, enough for small cylinders or as a pilot signal to a larger valve.

Applications

• Stop sensing in fixtures and clamping stations
• Following cam discs and cams with a short stroke
• Part presence check: once the workpiece is in place, the valve releases a double-acting cylinder
