3/2-way solenoid valve, normally open (NO), G 1/2, 3500 l/min, 115 V AC - YPC SF6701

This 3/2-way valve is normally open. As long as the coil is de-energised, full pressure is present at the outlet. Only the signal blocks the supply and exhausts the consumer. Flow at G 1/2 is 3500 l/min. Built for 115 V AC control circuits, as used on machines for 115 V mains.

Advantages

• Normally open, the consumer stays pressurised on power loss.
• 3500 l/min at 5 bar and an effective area of 65.0 mm², with G 1/2 on every port.
• Response time 25 ms max. at 5 bar, switching frequency up to 5 Hz.
• No lubricator needed: designed for non-lubricated air, use ISO VG32 if the air is oiled.

Applications

• Clamping fixtures that must stay clamped on a power failure.
• Air that is present most of the time and only switched off occasionally, so the coil is mostly de-energised.
• Single-acting cylinders whose working position is the rest state of the machine.

Accessories and spare parts

A matching replacement solenoid coil for 115 V AC is available separately and can be changed without opening the pneumatic circuit. Several valves can be grouped on SF6000 series manifolds with 2 to 10 stations, sharing a common G 1/2 supply and exhaust.

According to YPC the SF6000 series carries the CE mark and complies with RoHS.
