3/2-way roller lever valve, plastic roller, G 1/8, 450 l/min, 0 to 8 bar - YPC YMV310

When the cam on a slide or cylinder rod runs over the roller lever, this 3/2-way roller lever valve changes over and provides a purely pneumatic signal. It passes 450 l/min through its G 1/8 ports at 0 to 8 bar, with no control voltage involved.

Advantages

• Plastic roller that is gentle on painted or soft cam surfaces.
• Operating force of 20 N, so a shallow cam ramp is sufficient.
• Weighs just 130 g, built from aluminium body, NBR seals.
• Effective area of 10.5 mm² for 450 l/min, enough for small cylinders or as a pilot signal to a larger valve.
• Runs without a lubricator on filtered compressed air, lubricated or not, and on inert gases from 0 to 8 bar.
