NAMUR solenoid valve, convertible 5/2 or 3/2-way, spring return, G 1/4, 230 V AC - E.MC

Double-acting or single-acting actuator, the same valve fits both: with the seal turned over, the 5/2-way function becomes 3/2-way. It mounts directly on the NAMUR interface and is supplied through G 1/4 at 1.5 to 8 bar.

• Flow of 1800 l/min as a 5/2-way and 1000 l/min as a 3/2-way valve with a 5.6 mm orifice.
• Power consumption 4 VA at 230 V AC, voltage tolerance ±10 %.
• IP 65 protection and a service life of at least 12 million cycles.
• Convertible between 5/2 and 3/2-way by turning the seal, one valve type for double-acting and single-acting actuators.
• Spring return: without voltage the valve returns to its home position, normally closed in 3/2-way mode.

Applications

• Double-acting rotary actuators on butterfly valves and ball valves in 5/2-way mode
• Single-acting spring-return actuators, with the valve converted to 3/2-way mode
• Valves that must move to a defined home position on power loss

Accessories and spare parts

A replacement T1 solenoid coil for 230 V AC is available separately if a coil needs changing. The valve itself stays on the actuator.
