About Toggle valves

Toggle lever valves switch compressed air by hand, right at the cylinder or the fixture. They work from 0 to 8 bar and the group covers 29 items in 2/2-way and 3/2-way versions. The banjo bolt design with ring piece lets the valve be screwed straight into the actuator, so no extra manifold block is needed.

What matters when choosing

• 2/2-way or 3/2-way function: the 2/2 version only turns the air on and off, the 3/2 version also exhausts the outlet side, which is what single-acting cylinders need.
• Thread G 1/8 male or G 1/4 male on the screw-in stud, with Thread 2 as G 1/8 female or G 1/4 female on the both-sided versions. The port on the actuator decides.
• Type of connection: threaded port, quick connector or push-in fitting. The quick connector saves assembly time, a threaded port stays the choice where lines are already made up.
• Hose side sizes run 4, 5/3, 6, 6/4, 8, 8/6, 10 and 10/8, plus G 1/8 female and G 1/4 female. The size has to match the installed tubing or the joint will not hold pressure.
• Max. operating pressure of 8 bar and filtered, lubricated compressed air as the medium. Both set the limits, and unfiltered or dry air shortens the life of the NBR seals.
