Since the pressure is preset in the factory and cannot be altered, the product is also tamper-proof. We recommend mounting the regulator directly on the tool to make sure the correct pressure is applied. In this case, the tool is never stressed by the higher pressure of the supply system and is protected against pressure fluctuations in hoses, pipes, etc. Energy efficiency and economic efficiency can be achieved by using an inline pressure regulator.

About Pressure regulators

Pressure regulators hold the outlet pressure steady even when inlet pressure varies or consumption changes. The range covers control ranges starting between 0 and 5 bar and ending between 1 and 200 bar, with inlet pressures up to 60 bar. Ports run from G 1/8 to G 2.

What matters when choosing

• Control range: lower limits sit between 0 and 5 bar, upper limits between 1 and 200 bar. Keep the working pressure inside the range rather than at its edge.
• Flow rate from 1000 to 50000 l/min: the regulator has to cover peak demand, otherwise secondary pressure drops away on every load peak.
• Medium: besides compressed air and neutral gases there are versions for drinking water, nitrogen and argon, plus variants for ultra-fine filtered oil-free air down to 0.01 µm.
