When a device has to move air or draw a vacuum and only a DC supply is available, this range covers both duties in a single unit. The pumps run on 12 V or 24 V and deliver up to 2.5 bar of pressure or down to -666 mbar of vacuum, depending on the model.

• The diaphragm separates the drive from the pumping chamber, so the air passes through the pump without oil.

Operating principle

An eccentric drives the diaphragm while inlet and outlet valves open in turn for the intake and discharge strokes. The diaphragm keeps the drive apart from the pumping chamber, so the medium never touches the motor.
