The standard type features a magnetic piston. Piston rod optionally with male or female thread. Suitable for filtered, unlubricated or lubricated compressed air. About Compact cylinders

Compact cylinders deliver linear motion in a very short envelope because the end caps are integrated into the body. The range spans piston diameters from 12 to 125 mm with strokes from 5 to 300 mm and works at up to 10 bar. It replaces longer standard cylinders wherever installed length is the real constraint.

What matters when choosing

• Piston diameter from 12 to 125 mm: together with the maximum working pressure of 10 bar it sets the available force. Start from the force you need, not from the space you have.
• Stroke from 5 to 300 mm: size it to the actual travel, since stroke feeds directly into overall length.
• Function, double-acting or single-acting: single-acting versions need only one control line and return to a defined position on pressure loss, double-acting versions produce force in both directions.
• Port M5, M5x0.8, G 1/8 or G 1/4: it has to match piston diameter, the required cycle time and the fittings already in use.
• Series ACE, ACP, ASE, ATE or LINER: the lines differ in design detail and accessories while sharing the same basic function.
