Function:
This valve interrupts a continuous signal, so that from a continuous signal at the inlet connection 1, there is only a short pulse at output 2. A signal arriving at 1 has an uninterrupted flow up to output 2. When the pulse duration elapses, connection is 1 blocked and output 2 deaerates towards 3.
